  • How will my order be shipped?

    Most orders are shipped using UPS Ground Saver, UPS Ground or USPS Ground Advantage. The shipping method is selected based on the size and distance of your order

  • How much is shipping?

    Shipping is available at a flat rate of $10 throughout most of the U.S. Please note that we currently do not ship to Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Alaska, Guam, P.O. Boxes, or APO addresses.

    We work closely with hobby shops and distributors to curate the products featured on our site.

  • What is your shipping and return policy?

    Shipping Policy

    We strive to process and ship your orders as quickly as possible. All orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Once shipped, transit time usually takes 2-5 business days, depending on your location.

    All orders are shipped via UPS Ground or USPS Ground Advantage. You will receive a tracking number once your order has been shipped, which you can use to track your package. Please note, we are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances.

    Lost or Stolen Packages:
    Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, we are not responsible for any lost or stolen items. Please ensure your shipping address is secure and that someone will be available to receive the package. If your package has not arrived after being marked as delivered, please contact your local carrier directly for assistance.

    Return Policy

    All sales are final. Due to the nature of our products, we do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds unless there is an error on our part, such as shipping the wrong item. If you believe there has been a mistake with your order, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the product with relevant details and supporting photos. We will review the issue and, if applicable, arrange for a resolution such as a replacement or store credit.

  • How can I preorder the newer sets?

    We currently do not offer preorders, as our allocation is not guaranteed until the day of release. However, we're working on it, so stay tuned for updates on when we will begin accepting preorders.

  • Do you ship internationally?

    At this time, we only ship to the 48 contiguous states. However, we plan to offer international shipping in the future, so stay tuned for updates!

  • Are cases double boxed when shipped?

    We ship all cases double-boxed to ensure extra protection, but please note that we cannot guarantee the pristine condition of any product. Small scratches or dings may be present on some items

    I began my journey collecting Pokémon and Yu-Gi-Oh! cards in 2019, quickly transitioning into buying and selling on platforms like Facebook Marketplace, Instagram (@jccollectsstuff), TCGPlayer (jcardshop), and eBay (JCW Trading LLC). Through dedication and building strong relationships with hobby stores and distributors, I’ve been able to secure products at wholesale prices. This allows me to offer a curated selection of items to collectors at competitive prices, ensuring the best value for my customers.

  • How can I know my order is shipped?

    Every order comes with a tracking number, and we typically ship within the same day or the next.

  • How long will it take to receive my purchase?

    Processing times can vary depending on order volume and seasonal demand, but generally, we process orders within 1-2 business days. Shipping typically takes 2-5 business days, depending on your location. Please be aware that unexpected delays, such as weather conditions, may affect transit times. All orders are shipped from our location in New York.

  • Why is my payment getting declined?

    Please try again using computer browser instead of paying through Instagram app browser or phone browser. This seems to be the problem for most customers trying to pay with Klarna or Afterpay.
